週五晚膳於灣仔金兜記,一行二人試了三款小菜。第一味是招牌燒乳豬,出品和暖,皮很脆,不肥膩,富肉香,的確幾好食。第二味是菠蘿古魯肉,醬汁太酸,排骨亦過於乾身,口感麻麻,不作推介。最後是腐乳生菜,選材OK,腐乳汁亦很香口,不錯。餐後送紅豆沙一碗,感覺似加了水,免費算吧!
