最近去呢間打卡fine dining食咗個lunch🍴呢間餐廳以創意同精緻著稱,菜單上每一道菜都充滿驚喜同藝術感。我哋今次試咗佢哋嘅Fine Dining Set Menu,從頭盤到甜品,都體現咗廚師嘅心思同技藝🥰一開始,有一杯Saint Louis Blane de Blancs Brut, N.V. 作為餐前酒🍸呢款香檳清新爽口,帶有微微嘅果香同酸度,為接下來嘅美食開咗個好頭。首先上場嘅係兩道頭盤。「Cuttlefish Noodles」以墨魚製成嘅麵條,配上鮭魚籽、脆蝦乾同青檸泡泡,再加上laksa espuma,濃郁嘅香料味同清新嘅海鮮味完美結合,令味蕾大開。另一道「The ‘Tartare’」係用oscietra鱘魚子配鵪鶉蛋,再加上亞麻籽米餅,呢道菜既有海味嘅鮮美,又有麻辣嘅刺激,真係一個精彩嘅開場❤️主菜方面,我哋試咗兩道。「Silver Pomfret」係銀鯧魚配上蜆肉、發酵黑豆醬、甜蒜泥同青蔥泡沫,仲有甜醬油奶油白汁,味道層次豐富,魚肉鮮嫩多汁,係一個非常出色嘅海鮮菜。「French Quail」則係紹興酒浸鵪鶉卷,配上脆皮棒、椰菜、紅棗泥同黃酒鵪鶉汁,呢道菜嘅鵪鶉肉質
