自問一向都幾中意食中菜,今日到左傳統嘅中菜館,當然就要食巧手嘅中式小菜。香噴噴嘅例牌燒乳豬,皮脆肉嫩,脂肪唔多,食完都無油膩嘅感覺。將熱騰騰嘅包點夾上一片脆乳豬,甚有飽足嘅感覺。翡翠珊瑚蚌蝦球亦甚具功架,將西芹抄得爽口而帶有甜味,海鮮亦帶有彈牙嘅口感,尤其平時好少食到嘅珊瑚蚌,絕對值得品嚐。而薑蔥蠔煲用料唔需要複雜,簡單嘅香蔥、薑片、加上大大隻嘅桶蠔就已經足夠。蠔隻無任何雜質,緊緊鎖上醬汁,非常美味。
