今日特登到位於灣仔利東街附近街道的卓鮨食好野,係一個人的浪漫—廚師發板,坐係bar枱食,同廚師有傾有笑,慢慢欣賞廚師🧑‍🍳製作十四貫壽司🍣,每件都包含廚師既心思同功藝。手握壽司、切蔥花、軍艦包紫菜、落芥末醬油,全都是在客人面前造的。[壽司]🍣(14件)春子鯛深海池魚地金木鯛鰆魚梭子魚真池魚—上面依幾件全部都係魚。廚師會將魚刺身火炙,係表面🔥燒一燒逼魚油出黎口感會更佳。除了魚滑外,咀邊亦佈滿油份,正👍北海道帆立貝—帶子又鮮甜又嫩滑,幾乎唔駛咬!赤身吞拿魚—味鮮口感正!吞拿魚鮫位大拖羅—用左鮫位部份特別滑身,仲係厚切口感勁正!馬糞海膽—入口即溶又鮮甜,爽😊!腦天&間八—兩款也未聽過及第一次食,好好味!螢光魷魚🦑—咬開會有d汁液流出好攪笑,魷魚好彈牙甜蝦(蝦籽)—上面d蝦籽汁係得來不易,炒完蝦殼取得既蝦油係一小樽,會將蝦油加至蝦籽提鮮。[迷你主食]鰹魚湯(蝦油)素麵—鰹魚湯好香,配埋好幼身同軟身既素麵係好夾,我連湯都飲埋![甜品]柚子雪芭—餐廳自製,好甜又creamy,滿足我個甜品胃。
