燒烤?這麼熱,又要山長水遠走去郊野地區嗎?假日去又要霸爐,不買燒烤包又要搬來搬去重得要命……不!誰說要辛辛苦苦食一餐?銅鑼灣一家樓上燒烤店就可以自己動手燒。而且以放題形式進行,限時兩小時,不用擔擔抬抬去郊外啦。 升降機門旁邊有兩道畫痕,身高在子供線以下就收小童費用$180+10%。而無料線之下的當然是免費享用,長者也是要價$180+10%,不限時段。分四個時段,成人收費為5-7pm $224+10%、7:15-9:15pm $280+10%、9:30-11:30pm $252+10%及最後的宵夜場11:45pm-1:45am $196+10%。單看價錢其實就頗貴價,且看用料及整體感受如何吧。 甫入店就看到旁邊的大水缸,裏頭養著不少活生生的水產。聽說因為店主有門路可以採購到產地直送新鮮活水產,如今一見果真屬實。不知道放題會不會有如此美味可以品嚐呢? 提及店內環境,牆壁上色彩豐富的塗鴉畫作頗為吸睛,亦為店子帶來生氣活力。桌面算是寬敞夠用,座位也叫人坐得舒適。可惜就是困在油煙這一點,剛出升降機已能感受到點點油煙嗆鼻。離開的時候更是滿身都是燒烤油煙味,走在街上大概無人不知吧? 桌上除了岩

店方指另外加錢可以享用,陣容鼎盛,加上用料新鮮,怎會不一試?澳洲和牛切成大正方,串起後雪花仍是盡現不失場。旁邊為越南特大虎蝦,如其名般大大隻,看上去跟和牛串大小相約啊。日本大蜆則有四隻,外殼完整色調均勻,感覺新鮮。大連鮑魚及北海道元貝仍是兩件,但就看不到別人所說的翡翠螺蹤影了。
