To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時飲茶多,晚飯小菜比較少黎。大時大節呢度一定勁多私家車,泊到出去對面街,有一定嘅支持者。今晚三個人叫左4個餸,先黎半隻脆皮燒雞,燒雞個皮真係好香脆,雞肉白淨有雞味又有咸香味,不錯!之後係薑葱斑腩煲,炆得好乾身,好入味,而且份量好夠,都有十幾廿舊,唔會全部骨,都有啲肉食。西芹炒黑松露帶子,帶子夠大粒,有味道,黑松露醬好多,不過就無乜味,好彩帶子同西芹好味道。上湯菇菌菜苗,菇菌經過泡油特別香口,小白菜夠甜夠嫩,感覺好健康。今晚嘅湯係姬松茸螺頭燉雞湯,湯渣都一大碟,好多姬松茸菌,降膽固醇降血脂又抗癌,螺頭夠林,雞湯清得黎味道好濃郁,真係真材實料。不過成餐飯都要$800有啲貴囉
