To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 火炭大家樂的收銀員打錯單兼態度惡劣

由於美心巳經全線停止供應外賣小菜, 於是只好改往大家樂選購o9.19 黃昏時想簡單快靚正索性買了三餸 (三文魚/牛肉/雞球) 才回家, 結果換來一肚氣, 等候即叫即煮期間, 後期才發現原來丁收銀員把其中一款打錯變成排骨 (全家人也不吃豬肉) , 馬上返回收銀處反映, 這位職員不單沒有道歉兼對著其他客人面前大聲話我~打錯單咪改番囉! 唔駛死呀嘛! 依家唔錯得呀! 然後就用對講機告知出品部, 單號XXX要改單, 並沒有提出是自己做錯事, 結果使我浪費額外十分鐘寶貴時間重新等候o現衷心希望火炭寫字樓的管理層, 除了關注位處中產屋苑的御龍山分店之出品質素, 也要一併留意培訓前線職員的最基本待客態度
