To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於火炭嘅鐘菜館,雖然入邊菜式唔多,但係做工精緻,用嘅材料上乘,製作有心機。入邊嗌咗個鮮竹卷、馬拉糕、黑豚肉腸粉、珍珠雞、春風得意卷,再加杯茶,咪話唔寫意,其中最好食嘅係黑豚肉腸粉,黑豚肉用料上乘,十分彈牙,再加少少豉油,就十分好吃了。
