自從發現咗呢間有驚喜嘅工廈餐廳,雖然未至於特登走嚟食,不過,今次嚟到火炭忍唔住又上咗嚟。😂上到嚟見到牆上面嗰餐牌轉咗,心諗通常見到新餐牌即係加咗價,點知細心啲睇原來係加咗新嘅菜式,最驚喜就係竟然有啲嘢係減咗價!👍🏼👍🏼好好人嗰個姐姐話佢哋有新嘢,仲介紹我食燒雞,我驚食唔哂,同埋講真我驚啲雞唔好食,特別係雞胸,老細都話佢哋啲燒雞正,外脆內嫩,都係等下次同埋friend 一齊嚟先試。😊最後我點咗黑松露帶子蝦仁雜菌卡邦尼意粉。卡邦尼意粉係其中一樣我經常食嘅嘢,不過好多時因為太多芝士所以好滯食唔晒,加上今日好晏先食早餐,諗住一定唔會食得哂。今日呢碟送到上嚟完全超出我想像。見唔到平時意粉面鋪滿嘅芝士,望落去幾乾身,食咗一啖,發覺連口感都唔同。呢碟意粉份量非常足夠,但係我竟然全部清晒,只係剩返幾隻蝦尾殼🤣🤣。今日呢個黑松露帶子蝦仁雜菌卡邦尼意粉,食材新鮮,嗰三隻帶子同三隻蝦都唔係細細隻嗰啲,其實係鮮蝦唔係蝦仁!😋😋意粉有Al Dante feel,少少煙靭嗰種口感。我個人好鐘意食西芹,但係好怕西芹外面嗰啲「根」,今日呢碟意粉有好多西芹仲要係非常嫩,唔會有渣。真心講我覺得呢間餐廳啲員工,真係有用個心

卡邦尼意粉係其中一樣我經常食嘅嘢,不過好多時因為太多芝士所以好滯食唔晒,加上今日好晏先食早餐,諗住一定唔會食得哂。今日呢碟送到上嚟完全超出我想像。見唔到平時意粉面鋪滿嘅芝士,望落去幾乾身,食咗一啖,發覺連口感都唔同。呢碟意粉份量非常足夠,但係我竟然全部清晒,只係剩返幾隻蝦尾殼🤣🤣。


今日呢個黑松露帶子蝦仁雜菌卡邦尼意粉,食材新鮮,嗰三隻帶子同三隻蝦都唔係細細隻嗰啲,其實係鮮蝦唔係蝦仁!😋😋意粉有Al Dante feel,少少煙靭嗰種口感。我個人好鐘意食西芹,但係好怕西芹外面嗰啲「根」,今日呢碟意粉有好多西芹仲要係非常嫩,唔會有渣。真心講我覺得呢間餐廳啲員工,真係有用個心嚟做嘢!👍🏼👍🏼😘😘不過如果你唔鍾意西芹,我估可以同佢哋講少西芹。😊

今日呢餐有湯有熱飲,碟意粉仲好大碟,新價錢$78冇加一,相當抵食。👍🏼👍🏼😋😋😋


P.S. 等緊碟意粉嗰陣,見到牆上面有寫住香港製造、香港口味嘅曲奇餅介紹,仲話有不同口味,我怕肥,唔係好敢食,😅😅佢哋話係用進口牛油做,結果我都幫襯咗。😊我試咗原味、芝麻同伯爵茶口味,我鐘意佢哋啲曲奇唔會「油淋淋」,唔會整到隻手污糟晒!又冇一陣好濃嘅牛油酥味,而且唔會太甜。蝴蝶酥細細塊,都係唔太甜。😊

呢度啲曲奇口感鬆得嚟唔會一咬就成塊餅碎晒,唔太油又唔太甜,我個人覺得係較為健康嘅曲奇,實淨嘅獨立包裝,仲要每塊包裝上面都有到期日,包裝細細pack,唔使監自己自己買一大罐食好多。🤣 超貼心!🫶🫶👍🏼👍🏼
