Restaurant: Grove Sandwiches (沙田商業中心)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

火炭Light Lunch好去處

有時早餐食多左/遲左食，會攪到Lunch Time唔多想食野。呢個時候就會同同事去食個Light Lunch。位於沙田商業中心的Grove Sandwiches唔算有好多位可以坐，不過通常都好快會有位坐。雖然餐廳地方小小，但已經有齊熱食、三文治、沙律、飲品，餐廳仲會係Lunch Time提供埋意粉餐。如果你淨係買沙律，都可以平D買杯飲品。今次同同事叫左一個意粉同一份沙律Share。呢個係「辣肉腸意粉」，辣肉腸味道幾香，不過意粉比較淋左少少。另外我們叫左一份「呑拿魚蘋果沙律」，蘋果新鮮爽口，加埋青瓜、粟米粒同沙律菜同小蕃茄，好Fresh。再配埋呑拿魚一齊食就鮮味UP。
