今次嚟到胡爐就係要食佢地出名嘅火炎湯底,仲要叫佢招牌嘅椰子雞鍋。職員先將雞件、椰子肉生炒,再用烈酒點燃火炎,之後加入一整個椰青水同埋雞湯。煲滾之後梗係飲返兩碗先開始打邊爐喇,雞湯濃味,但一啲油都冇,仲有浸浸椰香味。由於有訂位優惠,每兩人送一野青龍蝦,肉類叫咗胡爐牛拼盤,同埋伊比利亞黑毛豬,拼盤有牛舌芯、牛胸爽、牛柳粒、安格斯肥牛、極上牛頸脊。餃子、丸類都係新鮮貨。仲有個紫菜響鈴,食完真係飽到上心口。
