To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩個人黎食珍珠蠔蝴蝶蝦火煱，未入門口已經見到甘多人排隊，十個有八個人都叫火煱，我買比錢時個cashier問我搵左位未，因為她話入面很多人搵位，我說得，搵緊位，我知道她先預先話給我們聽，但都order左收左錢，可以吾食嗎？原來入面不是沒有位只是多人，但出野食慢左ｄ，等了15 mins，ｄ蠔都好新鮮，有蠔味，蝦吾會’梅’，反而我覺得魚麵ok wor,幾彈，菜有生菜和白菜，洗得好乾淨，服務都很好，食左個幾鐘頭，$52,抵～
