To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天晚上,我和老婆走了过去長沙湾青山道天悦广场地下大煲王小厨晚饭 。掛在门口的红色大招牌,上面写着:创业于20年,就是为了这一锅,可见店主的用心良苦。我们叫了这里的招牌菜,浓汤鸡煲翅锅、一碟本地特级手切肥牛、一碟广岛蠔、蝦滑拼墨魚滑、豆苗和一支嘉士伯啤酒。浓汤鸡煲翅鍋,用料十足,有鱼翅、滑鸡,汤味浓郁,真是可以先喝汤,吃完鱼翅,再打边爐。手切肥牛,都是瘦牛肉,火锅最合适,很好味,容易入口。广岛蚝十分肥美,很好吃。蝦滑拼墨魚滑、更是爽脆,十分彈牙。豆苗更是嫩滑、爽脆。吃火锅时,加上一支冰凍的嘉士伯啤酒,更是没得顶。今晚的火煱,所有的食材,都是超出水準,十分美味。我们十分欣赏这次晚饭的体验,也感谢侍应们的热诚招待。#大煲皇小廚#长沙湾青山道155至181号天悦广场地下CA3至CA5号铺@MAPHK2021
