睇openrice搵下港島區有咩川菜好食,而呢間三希樓都幾多好評,似乎都幾正宗好食。裝修仲好別致,好有氣派!侍應先送上茶水,茶味幾香。餐牌除左main menu,仲有夏日推薦既新菜式。有豆腐乾同涼拌海帶作為前菜,涼拌海帶有少少辣,不過好開胃。而沙拉鮮筍,口感好清新,好脆,酸酸甜甜,好似食緊蘋果沙律咁,非常開胃。蜂蜜蕃茄,表面撒上桂花,每片蕃茄都點滿蜂蜜,食落好香花味同甜味。水煮魚採用既係桂花魚,魚肉非常嫩滑,入口麻辣但唔油膩,而且有好多配料,包括青瓜、鴨血、薯粉、筍和芽菜等,食落相當有層次感。之後既係三椒豬手,豬手好入味,去左骨切成一粒粒炒,除左辣味仲有花椒香味,越食越辣,不過好好送飯。熗炒蒿筍絲,食到停唔到口,爽脆既蒿筍絲,微辣之餘,有點咸香,同蒿筍絲好夾。最後仲有個甜品,係棗茸千層糕,比較重紅棗味,煙煙韌韌唔會太甜。
