To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好喜歡食日本野，但生了小朋友後好難有機會食，因為很多東西都是生的不適合小朋友食，朋友講起元氣有火車小朋友可能會喜歡，便帶他來試下，果然非常喜歡，車來車往，樂透了😍😍壽司也新鮮好味，大大塊三文魚壽司只是14蚊一碟；小柱壽司，非常新鮮帶子的鮮嫩，外面包住脆口的紫菜；炸軟殼蟹，非常香脆又不太油膩，鰻魚壽司，大大塊的鰻魚非常美味配上燒醬汁，吃上兩件已很滿足；黃金三文魚皮，三文魚皮包上咸蛋來炸，有點辣又夠脆，用來當小食一流，滿足的一餐，小朋友又開心！
