To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

市中心間元氣不論舊舖定新舖都長期咁多人，一兩點去分分鐘等過百張枱，最穩陣最好十二點前去到新舖比舊舖主要係多左個高速火車，所以都多一家大細去，小朋友見到架火車好興奮。用平板自助落餐後，火車就會送壽司黎，不過有幾款期間限定嘅壽司，次次去都無，唔知咩時候去先會有炸蝦卷，$36日式燉蛋，$20，每次必點之一，好滑好好味鰻魚，$10極太麵，$25炙燒辛辣三文魚腩，$10，估唔到辣椒油夾三文魚壽司食落都ok炙燒醬油三文魚腩，$10一件，醬油同辛辣相比會鐘意醬油多啲炙燒黑椒三文魚，$14
