To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於十點鐘之後冇堂食，所以好多時間餐廳都要揀一啲唔使點等嘅餐廳，所以今次嚟咗食元氣壽司。照舊都係店員畀一張qr code你落單，然後餐點好快就會送到喺你面前。今次就食佢哋嘅柚子帆立貝壽司，非常之大舊，而且相酸甜甜嘅柚子可以激發起自己嘅味蕾同埋胃口。三文魚壽司亦都係中規中矩，熟食方面嗌咗一個蒸蛋同埋牛肉烏冬分量都好足夠，蒸蛋十分滑，入面亦都有唔少嘅配料，而且烏冬亦都食完之後已經有七成飽嘅感覺。最後食咗一個焦糖檸檬蛋糕芝士，雪得比較硬，如果淋返少少會更好。
