To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三色刺身盛$62有鰻魚飯，圖片是一塊鰻魚，但實質切開四小舊。日式蒸水蛋材料都很豐富，但我都是喜歡吃中式蒸水蛋多一些，日式蒸水蛋比較水汪汪。壽司方面有三文魚壽司材料都很豐富，但我都是喜歡吃中式蒸水蛋多一些，日式蒸水蛋比較水汪汪。壽司方面有三文魚壽司、墨魚壽司、蟹子沙律軍艦。壽司方面質素就一般了，三文魚十分薄沒有口感，墨魚壽司好似硬膠一樣。刺身有一片三文魚、一片北 和海蝦刺身。$62有咁多野食你仲想點。灸燒牛油赤海蝦，牛油味很重，而赤海蝦大大隻又彈牙。灸燒黑椒三文魚，黑椒比較多但不是很重黑椒味。新鮮炸雞軟骨，大家記得食嘅時候小心辣親口！
