To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次食元氣火車壽司，熊仔佈置好可愛呀！！火車送餐十分可愛，小朋友一定好興！！火炙三文魚好好味，充滿油分，又滑又香，正呀！！蒸蛋好好味，有冬菇絲，仲有日本魚蛋等，好滑又香好正呀。我最鍾意蒸蛋！迷你鰻魚飯，鰻魚有4件的，唔腥的呀，下面係蛋絲同飯，好味道。蜆烏冬，迷你烏冬，其實份量也唔算少，蜆大隻鮮甜，爽好好味。這個是香草味的，同事話好味的。沙律蝦壽司，好味喎，沙律醬燒過好香惹味，配蝦好夾。玉子包飯，其實冇咩特別，就是玉子壽司。
