近排朋友學人走去報左韓文班,又迷上左韓星真係有啲唔適應。韓風吹左咁耐依家先黎沉迷真係諗佢唔明。不過佢鐘意左就幫下佢啦,放工跟佢過左黎觀塘呢度,食返個韓式烤雞做下韓國人。坐底先點左個雞翼醫肚先,味道都唔錯咬落香口。作為前菜小食恰到好處。再黎點左個石鍋飯,一送上枱滋滋作響嘅熱石同飯焦接觸,視覺/味覺/聽覺三重享受。因為都肚餓嘅關係,朋友將石鍋飯撈勻後已急不及待裝返碗。雖然入口仲係好熱辣辣,但香味十分誘人而且個飯焦又夠,食落口感唔錯。豬肉同洋蔥都好入味加上微辣味道,就算邊食邊流汗都食左兩碗先收口。因為食嘅野都辣所以點左瓶士多啤梨特飲,味道偏甜帶酸用黎解辣同消暑就啱啱好。而且分量夠晒多,我地食完成餐都仲有剩可以慢慢飲傾下偈,非常抵飲。跟住就到主角,芝士果醋烤雞。店員先送上枱俾我地手機食先,再拎過隔離枱幫我地加熱。目的係等鋪底嘅芝士加熱融化,同埋保持熱度。唔使一陣間,完成品已上枱,香噴噴嘅芝士味同烤醬味真係無得輸。芝士個量又多將每一件雞都包得滿滿的雞肉食落嫩滑唔乾身,包裹嘅粉薄薄的但好吸味。雖然係有三粒辣椒嘅辣度,但個果醋醬中和左不少,就算連埋芝士食都唔太覺得油膩。而且個年糕夠煙韌,食埋真係好滿

呢度環境細細,但坐落一啲都唔焗促加上店員又欣勤,因為我地唔算食得快令到個烤雞食到一半凍左啲,店員就過黎幫我地再加熱,真係幾週到。因為咁就已經值得再黎幫襯啦。
