韓流嘅衝擊真係抵擋唔住,尤其係燒肉都炸雞都係我至愛,真係要緊貼潮流試下浦井呢類新派嘅韓式燒店!上牛烤$288,有五款牛部位,小牛排、肉眼、牛肩胛脊、腹胸肉同牛舌。成個拼盤賣相精美,味道都唔輸蝕,仲夾雜左幾款蔬菜。侍應姐姐好好人,會過嚟幫我地倒鐵板雞蛋,又幫我地燒肉,仲提我地啲肉唔好放咁邊邊,唔係好易俾啲油彈到。我就最鐘意小牛排,肉味濃薄切,輕輕一燒就食得,包住生菜食,仲可以去油膩感。方形肉眼真係考功夫同耐性,每面都要燒得均勻,切開睇睇,都汁多肉嫩,嫌生嘅我就放返落去燒多陣😜食燒肉當然唔少得配啤酒,整杯朝日生啤冰涼透心!鐵板雞蛋好食又好玩!等佢熟到一半先將佢反轉做流心蛋,有淨雞蛋又有惹味泡菜蛋,唔錯啊!高麗人蔘燉全雞,因為浦井啲嘢食都好大份,侍應姐姐就提議如果驚食唔晒,可以叫半隻雞,我地唔想食剩嘢浪費,有唔同份量揀係貼心嘅!兩個人分到一人一滿碗,個雞湯滲出淡淡嘅糯米味,材料有紅棗杞子大蔥金菇,半隻雞啖啖肉,以鐵板上個湯夠哂熱。
