To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夜晚叫咗個泡椒酸菜湯肥牛火鍋，再加咗杯柚子檸檬梳打，總共係$74。叫完之後就等嗌Number ，今次有少少耐，等咗十幾20分鐘，終於有得攞。呢度個執枱姨姨都幾快手，我去拎啲餐具嘅時候，已經幫我整好個爐。服務好過其他快餐店好多。火鍋湯底估唔到有又幾好食，酸酸哋仲有少少辣，幾惹味。啲配料都唔少，有餃子，同埋其他各式各樣嘅丸，每樣有一粒，大概有七款，每隻都幾好食，唔係啲平價丸。套餐已經包咗烏冬，唔需要加錢，價錢都合理。杯柚子檸檬茶，有好多柚子喺底，酸酸甜甜幾好飲。
