印象中比較少去到黃埔區食火鍋,今日去到黃埔花園商場,發現呢間酒家做緊火鍋優惠,就一行人入去食返餐。菜單上火鍋材料選擇都幾多,挑選左牛骨湯底後,先叫左兩隻紅燒乳鴿醫醫肚。新鮮即叫即炸,上枱時夠晒香、而且肉質細嫩,肉汁豐富。之後,火鍋湯底黎到,當然要立即品嚐牛肉拚盤,手切肥牛肉美香濃,係濃湯中快滾半分鐘,立即品嚐到嫩香入口即溶嘅感覺、牛粒選用靚料嘅安格斯牛肉,紋理分明,新鮮無雜質; 而牛脷帶有爽勁嘅口感,亦係值得品嚐。而鱔片亦係新鮮即劏,魚皮嫩滑、魚身白析爽脆,唔需要滾太耐,都食到海鮮嘅鮮味。最後有手打肉丸(鮮蝦、鯪魚、牛肉),唔係加工食物,而係有真材實料嘅丸類,每一粒感覺都好實在,都有新鮮嘅海鮮或鮮肉加入在內,彈牙無比。
