嗰日同兩個同事OT完之後,去旺角已經晚上九點半!同事們都想食小菜,可惜很多酒樓十點收,我哋唔想食得匆匆忙忙!我突然醒起「靚煲皇」四月之後有得特色小菜推出,識食嘅我,梗係叫同事一齊去食啦!同事佢哋話,呢間鋪係火鍋店嚟喎,點會有小菜架?🤨我同佢哋講:「我上年黎食個好好食架!好有特色!仲好特別添!不過佢哋只係供應到10月底!」同事們帶着半信半疑的心去試!我當然叫咗幾款我最心怡嘅小菜啦!首先一上嘅第一道菜係「口水雞」,個餸一上枱面,就即刻有陣陣嘅麻辣香味,雞肉滑滑,加上碎花生🥜,乾蔥同埋香蒜等等!味道配合得非常好!第二道菜係「 飄香胡椒蝦」,煮法用馬來西亞胡椒乾炒法,鮮海蝦開了兩邊加上黑椒,乾辣椒,同埋白胡椒粒嘅炒法,令到胡椒的香辣味充分帶出海的蝦肉甜美!加上炒得夠乾身又唔會太辣,蝦肉夠彈牙又夠爽身,蝦嘅甜味令到我好回味!👍🏼第三道小菜係個「帝王龍躉扣」出邊冇得食架!係用啲40幾斤50斤以上嘅龍躉魚嘅胃你整嘅,有好豐富骨膠原,同埋DHA,對於皮膚同埋心臟血管都非常好,而且炆得夠冧,薑蔥片的味道,令到龍躉球食落去唔會覺得腥,又可以補充靚女需要的骨膠原!第四道菜,「招牌小炒皇」最啱我哋追求小菜要夠

第四道菜,「招牌小炒皇」最啱我哋追求小菜要夠鑊氣的小菜,韭菜花炒得乾爽唔油膩,配上腰果由尤魚絲,蝦乾及脆芋頭絲等豐富味道!我哋幾個朋友好快食得飽飽!已經再冇能力叫其他小菜了!呢度啲小菜係「期限出品」所以特別多人喺四月之後嚟呢度,叫佢嘅高水準嘅特色小菜!👍🏻
