上次我朋友話好想去一間火鍋店叫火鍋本色,我未去過堅尼地城順便行下,一邊看呢啲地區好神奇,店內燈光其實暗暗的,真係黑漆漆好有火鍋氣氛。冬瓜瑤柱金華火腿湯,胡椒豬肚湯雙併湯,是湯底兩款雙拼,當細美國牛脊肉上來,切法唔算太薄 ,牛味濃又不會韌,真係食極唔夠亞。四式手打丸新鮮彈牙,是廚師手打顯然要做大粒些,更不會鹹咗,黑椒牛丸好辣,真是金牌四寶丸 。雲吞水餃雙拼,水餃的餡料豐富,令咬落汁多,雲吞熱熟後要食多兩粒。響鈴炸得香脆,響鈴好新鮮滴油嘅, 應該是自己做,即炸的有荳香,顯得廚師手藝一流,再將蔬菜籃的茶一齊食。女侍應跟得好足,不停加湯。自家製菊花茶,菊花茶淡淡清香。
