To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近幫襯，兩個人叫了兩個火鍋，其中一個是牛肉片，肉質很「梅」、有渣、完全冇牛肉味，差極👎🏼，另一是龍蝦海鮮，連湯底都吾夠湯，叫伙記加湯，很遲才送來，鍋也全乾了。整晚的用餐感覺非常差、差、差.....服務方面，全店只得一半坐位有人用餐，班夥計個個得閒亦很遲才上前招呼，舉手示意，有些夥計甚至視而不見。這間茶的服務質素及食材，我在樂富這分店光顧不下廿次，見有很多新食店開張了，食材都很好。見茶木日漸退步，每況愈下，感到心痛，管理層值得要檢視一下，力求進步
