To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我在早茶和晚飯又有光顧，在早茶的點心並不多，下次又不會再光顧它的早荼，因為款式比較小，但是晚飯吃火鍋，它的火鍋令人難忘，因為它有一個火鍋吧，可自行最心水醬料，不另收收費比起其他酒家好，火鍋配料比起其他酒家為平，而晚飯的味道真的是見人見智，晚飯的味道個人覺得只是平平無奇，喜愛吃火鍋的人這間酒家可算是不錯。
