天氣又開始轉涼了,又係我去食火鍋嘅時候。而家好多時食火鍋都會叫個雞煲湯底食咗半隻雞再加啲10下10下嘅了咁樣樣食就夠全面。今次我哋就出咗去佐敦搵咗間火鍋店食周圍食下唔同嘅雞煲。一嚟到就見到有個淘園特色雞煲半隻,職員仲問我地食唔食得辣,咁我哋話都可以啊咁樣呢職員就幫我地帶咗個細嘅啦。原來都算係幾辣嘅聽講咁我哋就實有細辣開始食起啦。跟住我哋就梗係睇定有啲乜嘢可以再叫啦,食火鍋就一定要啤一啤嘅。咁我哋就帶咗支啤酒飲下,一路飲一路食雞煲辣得來又涼,爽呀。雞煲一上枱見到有啲菇,木耳,芫茜配搭。望落去又唔係覺得真係好似好辣咁,不過呢啲嘢真係要食落去先知。食落個雞都幾嘢未,小小埋少少辣辣未都唔係好七不過就好似越食越辣咁,一路食雞煲一路飲啤酒別有一番風味呢個棉花魚肚平時我出去打邊爐都唔係好多間鋪頭係有得食嘅,不過我鍾意食嗰隻棉花魚肚個賣相望落去應該係厚身少少嘅呢個就比我食開嘅比較簿身。味道就同我食落去嘅冇乜分別不過厚身嘅魚肚識落會比較更加棉花會好味少少。我朋友就叫左啲豬粉腸同花雕豬腦食,豬粉腸我都有都會食少少嘅但係豬腦就真係未食過啦。因為見到豬腦嘅形狀成個老出現咗有少少覺得恐怖嘅感覺豬老係用花雕來調味
