To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨晚同朋友去呢間打邊爐,因為一早訂左位,都吾駛等太耐先入到去,個煱同醬料好快就黎,湯低好足料, 舊豬骨都幾大舊下,食物種類都ok, 算想食果d都有,個爐幾好, 好快d食物就熟,d食物都算新鮮, 份量吾會話太少食吾飽, 吾錯。侍應雖然忙, 但態度都幾好, 個爐太猛又會幫我地較細少少, 好細心,做野好勤快。食完埋單約$145一位, 汽水$5一罐, 但其他橙汁, 菊花茶$20一渣(就貴少少)有侍應推介$13.8一隻乳鴒, 幾平, 不過我地就無試到環境算大, 不過太開揚, 上面行商場D人見到哂你食飯,好似有D吾好意思甘。但大致上我同朋友都食得幾滿意 :]
