今晚嚟到大角咀嘅火滾安哥雞煲酒館,店內嘅座位闊落,啱曬同朋友一齊嚟食雞煲同燒烤,我哋坐低個陣店員就介紹唔同嘅優惠同套餐,仲上咗一碟脆卜卜嘅花生,味道唔錯㗎~落單之後,店員仲拎咗唔同嘅調味料俾我哋,包括有蔥花、蒜蓉、辣椒同埋芫荽,可以按照自己喜好調節。平時係其他店食嘅雞煲都會用濃烈既醬汁煮成湯底,而今晚嘅雞煲係用上酒香帶出食物既鮮味。雞煲入面有鮮蝦、沙白、新鮮雞、豬潤、竹蔗、雲耳、馬蹄、鮮竹笙同蟲草花等,材料非常豐富。當店員送上雞煲之後會再加酒煮,最後用火槍點火造出火焰嘅效果,好似表演咁!店員仲好細心提醒我哋加咗酒之後唔可以打開雞煲住,因為電磁爐火力夠熱 ,大約等10分鐘左右就熟啦~由於有酒嘅關係,所以食落帶有少少酒味,不過食材都好鮮甜。滾咗一陣之後,店員會幫我哋開蓋,仲同我哋講要先食海鮮同埋豬潤先,避免煮得太耐呢。 海鮮湯嘅味道濃郁,而雞肉非常新鮮,入口嫩滑,配合埋鮮甜嘅湯汁,味道鮮甜得嚟又帶酒香。而且海蝦新鮮彈牙,加上沙白質感韌口,隻隻都脹卜卜,好正呀~食到差唔多,店員仲會主動幫手加湯。我哋仲加咗其他配料,有手打墨魚滑、 娃娃菜、韭菜餃雲吞雙拼餃子、同埋枝竹。雲吞皮薄餡靚,仲漲卜卜㗎

宜家店鋪仲做緊9點後入座優惠,經過附近嘅話都可以過嚟試吓呀~
