To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食開湯米線，有Ｄ悶悶地，今日又黎食呢個香辣回鍋肉蝦仁炆米線， 都係保持到水準。夠味又夠辣,，我雖然只係食十小辣，但已經一早飲晒杯凍檸茶。佢每條米線上沾滿香辛辣的醬料，又煮得剛剛好十分入味。回鍋肉惹味， 同埋D蝦仁彈牙吾梅先啦，仲有好多紹菜添。  朋友點了自選米線： 牛肉， 腩肉， 炸醬， 蕃茄湯底， 我試了幾口， 味道吾錯喎， 至少湯底食到有蕃茄味。吾知係疫情定係平時設計都係甘啦，由樓上搬落1樓，新店既間格坐位分隔得好開，保持到一定既社交距離，坐得舒服又放心。
