中菜中除咗粵菜外、個人甚為欣賞江浙菜,合乎自己口味之餘菜式亦精緻,食材和賣相講究並非粗枝大葉之輩上環呢間江浙菜館有著私房菜般風格環境優雅,職員也有禮待客。適逢餐廳有個“週末點心套餐”,正好在此茗茶食點心、悠閒地嘆一個豐盛午餐♤香煎脆皮素鵝~腐皮煎得層次分明、酥香不過油膩。餡料較為簡單就是冬菇絲♤雙色鎮江餚肉~平時食上海菜都一定點呢款。餐廳做得頗為晶瑩高貴,黑醋啫喱配剔透肴肉,入口酸甜有致亦Q亦彈,唔駛另外再點醋亦已入味♤嵩山香乾馬蘭頭~馬蘭頭的味道別具強烈風格、喜歡的就很愛吃。慢慢細嚼會滲出點點甘澀清香味,配豆乾把所有材料切得細碎,簡單以鹽、麻油調味成為這個適合夏天進食的涼拌小菜♤宋嫂鮮魚羹~一切有魚入饌的菜都會得我歡心。呢個魚羹用嘅魚肉夠白、做成魚蓉效果又滑又Q味道都幾鮮美,混合薑絲、葱絲、火腿絲等熬成羹,個人覺得好飲♤鮮螺頭燉老雞湯~另加$50飲到呢個幾滋潤嘅靚湯,食材足料味道清潤唔過鹹♤江蘇雞頭米河蝦仁~雞頭米係芡實的一種我好鍾意食,佢有咬口帶少少彈性好啱我呢類咀嚼控!河蝦仁色澤白似玉味道淡而脆,亦係一道適合夏天食佳餚♤水煮牛肉薯粉條~嗌時都猶疑片刻因為唔嗜辣,經職員極推就大膽一
