Restaurant: 源成興大排檔美食
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

做野做左成個上晝，終於到左開餐時間。食得瑪麗Ｋ１多，今日同同事落西環食，就去我地去開既源成興。呢度出名大碟頭，所以一定食得飽。但係呢到唔單只大碟頭，而且仲好好味！唔好睇呢度大排檔，佢地間唔中都有ｄ新野出，好似今日多左一個菓汁先生雜飲，又大杯又好飲。炒丁夠鑊氣，好好味。佢地有個蝦仔醬，好香口！加埋落炒丁度，簡直一流！
