鴨脷洲,食地道海鮮,識食一定食發仔記,而唔去熟食中心嗰兩間俾劏人。外表簡陋老舊的小店,原來炒炸功夫一流,勝於絕大多數大排檔。椒鹽九肚魚 (8.5/10):外脆內嫩,炸粉好薄,即叫即炸,肉質水嫩到似豆腐,魚鮮四溢。暫時心目中全港top 3。鬼頭斑 (7.75/10) :店長是日推薦鬼頭斑,游水魚,據稱是即日捕獲的魚獲,即叫即撈即劏即蒸,魚味鮮美,略有油香。但稍為蒸過了火,肉質雖富彈性,卻稍老了一點,可惜。豉椒炒蜆 (8/10):炒功好,夠晒鑊氣,兜得好均勻,炒到連黃椒紅椒都好食。蜆肉飽滿,脹卜卜,鮮美。
