難得過去鴨脷洲,預先睇吓附近有咩好食,搵到呢間"發仔記",評語唔多,得4條,但4條都好評,亦見啲相幾吸引,所以就訂定位。去到舖頭一眼睇曬,大概6張檯,當時有3張已入座,另外3張已留座,無預早訂位就咁去,就試唔到喇!本來諗住叫蜆、螺等,但都賣曬,最後點咗:椒鹽鮮尤~椒鹽味比較少,要點酸甜汁,嗰汁係跟嘅,生炒骨嘅味道蒜蓉炒菜芯~正常表現蒸魚~我唔食魚,但家人食過都話好食,蒸嘅時間啱啱好,肉質滑蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子~蟶子新鮮、清甜,唔難粉絲蝦乾雜菜煲~啲菜、粉絲食落清甜家鄉炒米粉~好食,唔咸又唔油

去到舖頭一眼睇曬,大概6張檯,當時有3張已入座,另外3張已留座,無預早訂位就咁去,就試唔到喇!
本來諗住叫蜆、螺等,但都賣曬,最後點咗:
椒鹽鮮尤~椒鹽味比較少,要點酸甜汁,嗰汁係跟嘅,生炒骨嘅味道
蒜蓉炒菜芯~正常表現
蒸魚~我唔食魚,但家人食過都話好食,蒸嘅時間啱啱好,肉質滑

蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子~蟶子新鮮、清甜,唔難

粉絲蝦乾雜菜煲~啲菜、粉絲食落清甜

家鄉炒米粉~好食,唔咸又唔油

好開心。。人少少,天氣又涼少少,可以嚟圍一圍爐,食發仔記!小店老闆,家庭式經營,只做晚市。其實,如果做埋午市,起碼可以幫補成本。仲可以做多啲街外客。橫掂啲客都係喺街市買海鮮,之後行出嚟食。講真,我覺得嚟發仔記,仲好過上樓上同人迫。今次我哋冇嗌魚仔。天氣涼,反而叫個羊腩煲食!味道一流!絕對唔可以同出面街外嗰啲急凍羊腩對比。出邊食嗰啲,林啤啤,一坺嘢。呢度食嗰啲,一嚿嚿,有咬感。一鍋非常足料嘅羊腩,超正!仲要有非常新鮮嘅生菜。又叫一叫避風塘炒田雞。ok喎!唔錯,香口,田雞又新鮮!值得推介。最後,叫咗一個臘味糯米飯。個糯米飯係新鮮煮嘅,所以同出邊舖頭食嘅會唔一樣。個人建議,如果真係可以係以煲仔上,會好啲!可以有埋飯焦,咁就頂呱呱喇!順帶一提,嚟到呢度,最正嘅就係冰凍藍妹。😋😋😋老闆三哥最識飲。佢自己飲嗰杯啤酒,喺長期冰鎮。

今次我哋冇嗌魚仔。天氣涼,反而叫個羊腩煲食!味道一流!絕對唔可以同出面街外嗰啲急凍羊腩對比。出邊食嗰啲,林啤啤,一坺嘢。呢度食嗰啲,一嚿嚿,有咬感。一鍋非常足料嘅羊腩,超正!仲要有非常新鮮嘅生菜。

又叫一叫避風塘炒田雞。ok喎!唔錯,香口,田雞又新鮮!值得推介。

最後,叫咗一個臘味糯米飯。個糯米飯係新鮮煮嘅,所以同出邊舖頭食嘅會唔一樣。個人建議,如果真係可以係以煲仔上,會好啲!可以有埋飯焦,咁就頂呱呱喇!

順帶一提,嚟到呢度,最正嘅就係冰凍藍妹。😋😋😋

呢間原本在鴨利洲大街十幾年的發仔記自搬到鴨利洲街市傍邊小巷亦已十年左右,一直有去食,因為實在太合口味! 我喜歡食海魚,佢地有游水海魚,記住係游水海魚而不是一般海鮮酒家的養殖海鮮魚! 更有一般酒家冇得食嘅冰鮮細海魚仔如獅頭、細倉魚、青筋、黃花仔、木綿仔(細大眼雞)。佢地一般小菜亦好得,食過好多出現嘅所謂小炒王其實同呢度真係兩回事! 佢地家庭式經營,老板三哥為人率直,有話直説,斤両十足,你亦可在隔離鴨利洲海鮮市場買海鮮自來加工,佢地用油好靚,我敢講同頂級酒家比,因為從來未有試過咁純海鮮原本味! 小店只有幾張枱,定要預訂,否則多數白行! 咁多年我去香港仔只去呢間,試過上街市大排檔及其它店,只有更想回來! 如果講埋價錢更令人滿意,因為真係實惠 ! 當然食店環境是很普通,半點也不豪華,是街坊小店,我一直忍住不寫這店是自私去諗怕佢出名了更難有位!!!

鬼頭斑 (7.75/10) :店長是日推薦鬼頭斑,游水魚,據稱是即日捕獲的魚獲,即叫即撈即劏即蒸,魚味鮮美,略有油香。但稍為蒸過了火,肉質雖富彈性,卻稍老了一點,可惜。

好多人都會上利東街市食海鮮,今次錯有錯著,因為利東街市未開,去左發仔記食海鮮,好細既一間店,只可坐七至八枱,好地道既店,但炒野好夠鑊氣,海鮮夠新鮮,價錢又好實惠,這些店真係要支持支持今次最正既係酥炸黃花魚,唔油膩,好酥脆,送啤酒🍻一流,我地忍唔住要再點多碟,其他酥炸既海鮮都好正,絕不欺場另外豉椒炒花甲,又大隻又新鮮至於椒鹽瀨尿蝦,相信都係好食既,但係由於我唔識除殼,最後只係食左一隻至於其他小炒都係好好味

成老公兩個人試搭南港島綫,聽講利東大街有唔少好嘢食,所以就嚟行行。呢間小店位於利東站A出口不遠處,街市大樓附近。門面就係簡簡單單,地道大排檔feel,但店內同門口一盤盤嘅海鮮望落都算乾淨,所以決定一試。因為去到8點幾都有啲夜,街市都關門喇,店舖嘅炒蜆同好多海鮮都售罄😔 所以就先試試佢地嘅小炒,下次再試海鮮!不過小小一個店呢個時間仍坐無虛席,除了一對對老夫婦,還有兩三台的三五成群嘅好友,氣氛熱鬧。雖然忙碌,但店員同老闆嘅態度十分好,確實係令我內心加分的! 食物方面,先嚟個啫啫雞煲,雞件輕輕走油,能保持到嫩滑不會太乾,惹味!👍🏻清炒菜心落咗舊式必備嘅玻璃獻,味道正常,勝在夠碟頭😛 最後椒鹽鮮魷,樣子同平常街食到嘅唔一樣,炸漿做法比較似家庭式,略嫌唔夠脆身,咬到有啲攰,但味道係好嘅 🤣 雖然我地今次人少試唔到好多嘢,但見到其他枱嘅食物都好吸引,所以值得再嚟試多幾款🥰

星期日,一早約咗班friend 出海釣魚,魚獲OK啦,都夠食。每人仲可以帶番兩三斤返屋企。嗰日釣到下午五點上岸,隨即帶埋魚獲去鴨脷洲街市對面的發仔記開餐。同老細講咗,將魚獲做兩食,一是清蒸,二是椒鹽炸,老細好 nice,做慣做熟,一聽就明。之後,我哋就坐低點餸隊啤酒等食。先來一個街坊小菜椒絲腐乳通菜,估唔到又炒得咁正! 一陣間就俾我哋 chur 晒。跟住就係炸雲吞和花生炆豬手,都好有水準,其中一個 friend 即時叫了一個靚仔撈豬手汁食。之後,還有幾個小菜陸逐上來,蒜蓉西蘭花、炒蜆椒鹽鮮魷、咕嚕雞球、椒鹽田雞和秘制啫啫雞煲。樣樣都好有風味,很好食。我哋一路飲一路食,都唔記得隊咗幾多枝藍妹。最後,當然係食我哋辛苦釣番來的魚獲啦。清蒸班仔,蒸到剛剛好,加豉油熟油薑絲蔥花,味道鮮味到不得了。椒鹽炸魚,炸得鬆化,連骨都以食埋。不過,我覺得椒鹽味還可以加重少少。或者,老細可以另上一碟仔椒鹽或淮鹽俾我點來食就更正。第朝一早要開工,大家飲到七七八八就埋單。咩都唔使講,兩個字講完,抵食!
