To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日中午趁食肆繁忙時間剪頭髮,敵不過熱天把厚實的髮絲剪過乾淨。煩惱少了,決定吃久違了的炒蛋多士,多添加一點快樂。太子有一家華星冰室,是澳牛的副本/對台。雖然店家不乏人流,單人座位是不難找到的。帶位員安排筆者坐在卡座一邊,也順便點了早已決定的「點餐方程式」:炒蛋多士叉燒通熱奶茶 ($40)。一如意料,不消一會兒,已有飲品食物上桌。和澳牛不同的事,這裡的飲品是先上的,但飲品的保溫程度,以華星的較為耐熱。論食物質素,華星的味道和份量略次一等;這也是雞蛋裡挑骨頭的結論。先說熱奶茶,華星的味道也是偏澀欠奶香的,奶茶質素較普通茶餐廳差。。。推薦指數:2/5倒是炒蛋相當嫩滑,不過少了澳牛的鹽味和人造牛油獨有的香味,配上同樣鬆軟香脆的多士,相當味美。推薦指數:5/5倒是叉燒通粉成為是日驚喜,通粉意外地烚得偏硬身的al dente狀態。煙韌的通粉增加了一般快餐欠奉的質感探索,不過選用的叉燒似乎是同樣貨色,帶有一種奇怪的藥水澀味道,而且份量較少。推薦指數:3/5沖沖的來,照片也拍得沖沖了。。。快閃,繼續回到office去。。。
