To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

永和唔係只有賣情懷，就算係賣都係街坊價，上下四層都係原居民、街坊同附近做野嘅人。閒日只係8蚊一位茶，頂點只係33蚊，重有48蚊午市特價粉麵飯。時菜雞柳炒麵上檯時重飄係水蒸氣，師傅係正正宗宗傳傳統統嘅鄉村粵菜手勢，可能我年紀大左，真係覺得好食，係由細食到大嘅好味，不過最好味嘅味菜炒麵，今次叫特價嘅。每次我都叫鯪魚球，已經唔記得响幾時响邊度，重可以見到有西洋菜墊底嘅蒸鯪魚球，味道唔算好濃，好似海棉一像軟軟哋。鄉村酒樓人情味好濃，阿姐冇排斥外人，雖然唔係殷勤式嘅服務，但係有傾有講，介紹你食特價嘢，親切有禮，快手快腳。兩個人清清淨淨坐咗2粒鐘，一碟炒麵，2個中點，一共$125，泊車泊遠少少露天停車場，$16一個鐘，除左冇豪華裝修，比北上清淨舒服。
