To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 吃過大快活下午茶的紅豆沙多次,由第一次吃的是濃濃的好味紅豆沙,到之後幾次吃都是希希的紅豆沙,今次吃的都如是。每次吃時都希望能重遇上第一次吃的好味版,但每次都教人失望!雖然不再好味但味道總算接受得到,但個飯就令我「大開眼界」了!下午茶餐:紅豆沙配菠蘿肉碎咖哩炒飯 $33,冇飲品。菠蘿肉碎炒飯:1. 如圖片中所見,有菠蘿粒在面。所有肉碎在面,真的很少肉碎,飯裡面完全冇。所有餸都放在飯面上面,還是炒飯嗎?2. 菠蘿冇乜菠蘿味。3. 只聞到和嘗到少得又少的咖哩味,如圖所見,上菜時竟然有一大舊白飯。真的!係一大大大舊硬掘掘的白飯,仲要放在面上!㕑師真的完全沒心機煮,可憐了我們這些食客!吃過紅豆沙和飯面上的冇味菠蘿後,完全吃不下整碗冇味冇餸的白飯。真的未試過在連鎖快餐店吃到如此強差人意的一碗飯!肚子不飽還一肚氣,白白浪費了$33 吃一碗希希紅豆沙。走時看見店內的牌寫著「承諾做到最好」,但我只吃到「冇心機」和看到「唔滿意」呢~

菠蘿肉碎炒飯:
