To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

利申，不是試食活動，比足錢買飯食🥲餐廳座位就偏窄，但都係為求食個快飯就唔緊要啦~最大特色係即叫即炒，唔算等得太耐，感覺都係大 約10分鍾既事，最鍾意D野熱辣辣咁上~蝦頭油炒飯 用蝦頭油黎炒，聞到超級香!!炒飯有好多配料，包括蠔、蝦同櫻花蝦，米飯都炒到粒粒分明 ，份量多到似2-3個人食，最後我地食唔哂要打包，性價比好高呀!椒鹽豬扒飯 炸豬扒再加上超級多椒鹽粉，好有大排檔風味，豬扒都淡淡肉既，配料有椰菜同紅蘿白絲，不過撈佐飯食，都覺得幾咸。份量又係超級多~總括黎講，我會推介蝦頭油炒飯多過椒鹽豬扒飯~

蝦頭油炒飯
用蝦頭油黎炒，聞到超級香!!炒飯有好多配料，包括蠔、蝦同櫻花蝦，米飯都炒到粒粒分明 ，份量多到似2-3個人食，最後我地食唔哂要打包，性價比好高呀!
