成日見人地食既Omakase都係主打魚生類,但有時想食啲暖粒粒既野,今次就黎到灣仔主打炭火串燒既Omakase!!今次我老公就點左份20 courses Omakase ($888/pp),而我就想食下本日之選,點了幾款單點試下!先講下20 courses Omakase🌟前菜明太子魷魚/海螺/薑蛋/魚湯🌟串燒類🐚燒北寄貝肉質彈牙,食得出好新鮮!🐔雞翼串好香炭火味,雞肉好嫩一啲都唔嚡!只用天然既鹽去調味都已經好正!🐥免治雞肉串免治雞肉串撈埋蛋黃質感好滑,雞肉又好嫩🍥厚揚豆腐先炸後燒 外脆內軟滑,超級好食!🌽燒粟米好似已經好耐無食過燒栗米,好甜好好食🌟其他類🍅梅酒蒸蕃茄仔呢個真係必點呀!梅酒好香,啲味入哂落蕃茄仔度!🍤明太子蝦卷食到好大粒蝦肉,外皮都炸到脆脆咁🥟咖喱烏冬呢款係幼烏冬,一開始咖喱味好香,以為都會好重咖喱口味,我冇諗過入口比較清淡,岩哂我呢啲本身唔係咁鍾意濃味既人!至於本日之選,我就點了以下菜式 :🐟雞泡魚干之前食過既雞泡魚干都覺得比較硬同乾身,但估唔到呢度既魚干好濕潤同埋好香魚味!🐠鮟鱇魚一食落口柚子味好香,魚肝係口中好快溶化,口感綿密滑順,油脂香醇!🐽柚子豚肉柚子味比我想
