To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咖啡店位於地鐵站附近，食客一般要在正門點餐付費，然後店員才安排入座。我們點了一份唐揚炸雞滑蛋飯和一份慢煮雞胸滑蛋配牛角包，兩杯炭燒咖啡，一熱一凍。朋友認為唐揚炸雞肉汁鮮甜，炒蛋散發濃濃蛋香，而且十分嫩滑。滑蛋飯用上珍珠米，米飯粒粒分明。而我嫌慢煮雞胸有點乾，雞胸旁的滑蛋熟度適中，調味得宜。牛角包幾鬆脆，不過我第一口咬牛角包時，好似有少少苦味。炭燒咖啡原本是齋啡，鮮奶可以隨自己喜好加落去。我發現不論是熱啡還是凍啡，加了鮮奶和糖漿都比齋啡好飲。炭燒咖啡唐揚炸雞滑蛋飯慢煮雞胸滑蛋配牛角包🔵
