今日約咗舊同事食午餐,於是就去我哋嘅老地方”mark one”食。以前我仲喺炮台山返工嘅時候成日都同同事嚟哩間餐廳食,我哋嘅例牌係牛扒,其實餐廳每隔兩個月左右就會換新Menu,不過食材主要都係嗰幾樣,只係通常煮法會有少少唔同,或者醬汁會唔同。今個月原來係炭燒紐西蘭肉眼扒,而是日餐湯係南瓜忌廉湯,我order 左哩個湯同五成熟嘅牛扒,薯菜轉左跟飯。佢哋先上餐湯再上餐包,餐包係有焗過,所以外脆內軟仲有少少熱,而牛油可以自己選擇搽幾多。今日個南瓜忌廉湯同平時飲嘅有少少唔同,我覺得有d甜味,似乎落左甜粟米但係打碎左,好飲!牛扒的確做到五成熟,而且放落口真係食到炭燒嘅味道,之前幫襯過好多次都係order牛扒,次次都保持到水準,永無失手,超讚👍🏻反而今次嚟,覺得個服務差左,除咗因為人手唔夠之外,有個侍應好似唔知自己做乜咁,要收嘅碟又唔收喎,成日掛住睇電話,我地等左兩分鐘先至叫到佢埋單。
