To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次番工都係一個機會去支持一下呢區既小店💪🏽😠好耐無黎三葉屋喇~~今次我地喺平日lunch hour(~12:45pm)黎到已經無位喇不過等左大約5分鐘就有位😀對上次黎到前菜係胡麻醬粟米粒🌽今次係牛蒡潰😉 相比下養生d 酸咪咪 好開胃啊!主食方面 我地分別叫左💁🏽‍♀️照燒牛舌 配熱蕎麥麵($72)牛舌好厚身 肉質軟稔 少食牛既我都覺得幾正😋酢味噌燒豬軟骨 配熱蕎麥麵($68)上次幫襯個陣老闆叫我地下次黎要試呢個😆所以今次就嗌左呢個😛豬軟骨都一樣軟稔👍🏽 因為用燒既煮法處理 所以肉同肥膏好分明 肥膏被燒到啫喱狀質地😈 四件真係夠哂數🤣 他他醬日式炸雞飯($68)每次黎呢度咁岩都會有同事點呢個 每次上菜個陣我地都會「嘩」一聲 因為炸雞好大舊🤩外脆內嫩 炸漿又唔厚👍🏽🌟店員都幾密地斟熱茶🍵加上午市唔洗加一 我一定會拉埋同事再去幫襯架☺️
