呢年幾真係homesick得好嚴重,唯有到處去日式鋪頭食下玩下,一解思鄉之苦。天吉屋係一早bookmark嘅餐廳之一,平時晚餐實會大排長龍。所以今日趁公司要消假就喺閒日過黎撐枱腳。內堂可以直接望到廚房,睇見師傅落力咁烹煮,就佑呢度嘅炸物即叫即炸,品質有保證。呢度餐點只有5款,啱晒我啲有選擇困難嘅麻煩友。一場嚟到,就梗係點呢度嘅主打啦,天幕御膳&天吉丼。兩款都份量十足,絕對值回票價。落完柯打,即刻送上椰菜絲,冰凍又爽甜,再配埋甜柚子醋,開胃之餘又解膩。食完炸物最啱再食多round幫助消化。天幕御膳有黑虎蝦/海紅鯛/軟殼蟹(店員解釋因為魷魚無貨所以轉呢個替補)/炸洋蔥餅/茄子/南瓜/炸紫菜及四季豆等。每樣都炸得香脆又唔油膩。呢個餐同鰻魚飯一樣有3種食法:原味/醬汁/茶漬飯,因為材料豐富,可以食勻全部食法。黑虎蝦同鯛魚炸完後甜味更突出,沾上少少蘿蔔蓉同醬汁,味道更豐富。炸衣做得好乾身同鬆化,一啲油益味都無。日本過江龍果然名不虛傳。仲有當然唔可以放過茶漬飯啦(~記得問店員攞高湯),覺得炸洋蔥最啱用黎整茶漬飯,一絲絲洋不但吸滿湯汁,本身嘅甜味同高湯十分配搭。招牌金賞天吉丼。同樣份量爆棚,材料同樣

招牌金賞天吉丼。同樣份量爆棚,材料同樣係黑虎蝦/軟殼蟹/海紅鯛/茄子/南瓜/炸紫菜及四季豆,仲有隻半熟溫泉蛋。大大條嘅鯛魚炸得啱啱好,內裡仲好濕潤。炸衣上嘅柚子皮碎除咗提香,仲可以中和少少油炸感,恰到好處。

各款食材同樣炸得香口鬆脆。食丼飯最好味一定一定係珍珠米上淋上大量醬油,再撈埋個半熟玉子,咸甜醬香味加上蛋汁,真係無得彈。

另外,不得不提呢度嘅牛蒡漬物同牛蒡茶係加分嘅地方,不但開胃消滯,仲有助降膽固醇,最適合配黎食呢啲熱氣嘢。哈哈。

整體炸物同米飯味道都唔錯,喺無得去旅行嘅呢段時間以咁嘅價錢,可以食到咁上下質素嘅炸物料理,絕對值回票價。一解思鄉之苦。
