To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次行過西營盤，腦海裏閃過網絡上對康記粉麵嘅各種讚好，就即興決定行入去探個究竟。第一印象，檔口乾淨企理。叫咗碗豬手加酥扒湯麵，價錢實惠。彈指一揮間，一碟充滿燉肉香氣嘅麵面前誘惑緊我。先嚟一啖酥炸雞扒，外皮真係做到炸得脆卜卜，入口喊得出“卓越”兩字。啲豬手啊，嗰份腍滑同淋漓的味道，正！實在喺值得每個經過嘅食友試吓。湯底嘅話，無得輸，好飲到令人心花怒放🌺，可以話係熬得出時間嘅精華。雲吞麵嘅雲吞，充滿驚喜—薄皮包裹嘅鮮蝦，咬落去彈牙得滯。至於雲吞湯底，清甜得嚟不失鮮味，一啖啖都能喝到海鮮嘅自然甘香，絕對係補充靈魂嘅良藥。結實嚟講，呢家店嘅食物質素同服務，稱得上係“出晒色”。喺呢個鬧市中，飲一口醇香嘅湯，品一啖純樸嘅美味，唔單止係養膚，簡直養生養心。下次一定會再光顧，推介俾大家！👍👅🍜
