🌕Hello我係Moon🌕感覺上呢而家食嘢分咗兩大類,😚如果要「重量」多啲嘅話呢咁就有放題有雞煲有打邊爐有韓燒。 😛如果要「重質」嘅話呢當然好多餐廳都可以各為其主,😛去到一啲brunch / 下午茶嘅時候有啲肚餓當然最適合就嚟過輕食嘅配搭。 🤩Momo kushiage 😚呢一間日本店坐落喺尖沙咀一條變得好出名嘅食街— 厚福街, 😜睇返餐牌裏面主打嘅都係串揚,😳就好似串燒一樣但係外層有少少會似天婦羅嘅口感。😏啱晒未係好肚餓但係想食好西嘅我😌而當中就以肉類同埋海鮮就佔最多,🤩因為唔需要太多嘅調味就已經可以帶嚟唔同嘅肉味或者海洋滋味😙安格斯牛柳- 😎牛柳當然就係脂肪非常之少真正嘅啖啖肉,🤪本身仲諗住咬落去會唔會好費勁,🤓咬咗一啖已經知道個答案真係出乎意料,😏係非常之鬆軟嫰滑,😋仲要係個人最鍾意嘅七成熟,😛外層焦糖啡色而裏面仍然充滿着朱紅色嘅質地,😎最重要都係出邊層脆皮唔會整到厚一厚,輕描淡寫已經可以帶嚟唔同嘅感覺😚安格斯牛西冷😍- 呢一款紐西蘭嘅味道更有牛味,😇而且帶有少少脂肪單的確會帶來更香近有油脂感覺嘅味道,🥸比起安格斯牛柳稍為薄啲😏松業蟹腳- 😍日本嘅海鮮當然你唔開松業蟹,😝除咗用嚟

松業蟹腳- 😍日本嘅海鮮當然你唔開松業蟹,😝除咗用嚟整壽司之外原來燒烤完之後味道更加提升,😋熱食嘅松業蟹腳特別軟林林,蟹汁亦都較為多,😝同洞悉嘅效果截然不同😚

蝦餅三文魚子- 😳呢個係餐廳嘅傑作,😝蝦餅所採用嘅全部都係日本運來嘅哈然之後經過人手啄到變蓉,😝唔會採用黑膠來掩耳盜鈴,😝所以食落去完全係感受到新鮮同埋鬆化嘅感覺,😉如果賢未到稍為淡咗啲當然可以點一點所提供嘅燒汁,😍而上面嗰層亦都包含咗爽脆嘅蘿蔔小粒同埋矜貴嘅三文魚子,滋味度大增亦都令到味道更加豐滿😜

天使蝦- 🤪呢一個就會分開兩部份頭還頭咋身還身炸。 😛天使蝦頭炸完之後連殻都係脆卜卜,🥸甚少食蝦頭嘅機會下可以成個黑頭放入口咬落去裏面充滿着蝦膏以及少量肉,😎就等於食蟹蓋裏面嘅蟹膏一樣都係濃厚嘅味道。😏至於蝦肉晶瑩剔透夠晒潔白,😜同炸漿相影得彰,😚確係一味濃淡都有嘅傑作😙

當然唔少得要嗌大大杯嘅梳打,🥸無論係巨峰梳打又或者係乳酸梳打都好都係大大杯,😙用到珍寶啤酒杯嘅🤩大細嚟裝絕對夠食大量嘅串掦都唔怕唔夠飲🤪
