To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和娘娘看完Top Gun,吃個下午茶 ...“香茅雞髀加豬皮”,泰式炸豬皮很久沒吃,很泰國,有旅行的感覺。那炸雞髀,卻又很香港,表皮炸得酥脆,又不油膩,有港式生炸雞髀的韻味,但擺盤略嫌單調,一個兜,一隻雞髀,幾塊豬皮,感覺很求其。另一茶餐,“泰式蒜香牛油雞翼加豬皮”,雞翼一樣酥脆 又不像乾柴,還很juicy。“椰香咖啡”,真的充滿椰香,口感特別,又有旅行感覺。“雞肉沙嗲”,不是難吃,只是沒啥特別,無法寫下去。
