我覺得潮州粉麵嘅地位同譚仔一樣咁重要‼️ Any肥。佢個炸紫菜墨丸真。世一喺尖沙咀唔知食咩嘅時候往往都會去咗雞記次次去基本上都係叫同一樣嘢🥇炸紫菜墨丸撈黑豉油粗麵😋最好食就係呢個組合 (我覺得😆)唔好以為食炸紫菜墨丸就夠 個黑豉油粗麵都係重點之一普通粉面要加錢先可以轉黑豉油撈麵㗎紫菜墨丸一定要炸!炸完之後外邊嗰層有啲煙韌。好彈牙。仲有啲紫菜香味黑豉油撈粗。甜甜地。同炸紫菜墨丸好鬼夾未試過嘅你 經過尖沙咀唔知食咩就去雞記試下
