To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢幾日天口咁熱但大家都知米線已經成為左香港人嘅日常🤪譚仔都已經發展到成行成市差唔多行幾個街口就有一間🫶🏻簡直方便到一眾譚仔迷。又熱又想食米線，咁啱前一日碌到尹光阿正同kakit賣廣告知道又有炸醬撈系列，咁梗係要去捧下場！我就叫左呢個烤雞炸醬撈🤣掙扎左一陣叫寬粉好定米線，最後忠於原著就食米線🍜首先呢碗米線無論咩溫度都好啱食，其次係佢嘅炸醬、烤雞一啲都唔少，米線比起湯上更加彈牙有咬口，無介紹錯🫶🏻👍🏻另外仲點少得必點嘅土匪雞翼呢😌簡簡單單又一餐perfect!
