今日又去食呢間上海麵,今次叫左糖醋排骨麵、葱油肉絲面、大排面。上次叫左上海湯年糕同嫩雞煨麵,湯底幾濃厚,應該係加左豆奶落去煲,年糕略嫌太淋,嫩雞唔夠嫩,今次想食d其他style。佢既炸野既炸粉不會過厚,十分乾身無索油,好脆身,炸豬扒肥瘦均勻。糖醋醬似糖漿咁杰身,所以可以好均勻咁裹住排骨。排骨都有輕輕醃過,唔會有雪味騷味👍🏻但骨頭比例太高,無乜肉食,所以叫炸豬扒好過葱油拌麵個麵質幾好!夠煙韌!不過湯麵個麵食到一半高林pat pat
